The BMBA has transitioned from a sole trader business to a Pty Ltd company. We have done this as we need to raise capital to maximise the opportunities before us at Stonnington Sports Centre this year.
Our company name is now BMBA Basketball Pty Ltd and is offering shares for any interested person, group or business.
Now, current, past and future participants can own a share of our new company if they wish and in doing so not only help us secure a home at Stonnington Sports Centre, but begin the exciting journey to ultimately owning and running a venue of our own.
