To provide the best basketball development and training programs and experience in Melbourne, that lead to excellence both on and off the court.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

We already have a portfolio of programs ready to launch in any new facility. All our programs have been successfully modelled in past venues and run successfully.

 

We continually review and improve all programs and add new ones that will enhance our overall program portfolio.

GOAL

SETTING

Monthly goal-setting meetings and reviews and of core importance to ensure our marketing strategy, player recruitment and program development

are all performing to meet our pre-set goals for participant numbers and business income.

MARKETING 

STRATEGY

To ensure we have a marketing strategy that is broad, adaptable, meets our budget and targets appropriate demographics.

 

Our current strategy combines personal promotions throughs schools and social media promotions and communications.

IMPLMENTATION &

RECRUITMENT

Once our programs are underway we will deliver an excellent customer experience to our BMBA participants, their parents and the wider community.

 

This alone will prove to be one of our most valuable marketing tools as it will generate considerable word of mouth amongst the community.

FEEDBACK &

REVIEW

A key element to continue excellent customer service will be the acquirement of customer feedback.


Once we digest this feedback we can review and re-model our programs where we feel it necessary to ensure continued excellence in the deliver of all our programs
